Such services so hard to come bye nowadays it was a nightmare to retrieve my Canadian citizenship documents everything that could’ve gone wrong went wrong but Mario straightened out all issues with ircc was always there for me when I needed him updated me every step of the way and went above and beyond for me. never lost or stumped always has a great network of people around him words cannot describe how thankful I am that I met Mario and his team 5 stars for this company is an understatement!! The worst! I did not have a good experience with these guys. This service turned out not to be helpful. They were not helpful via phone or clear and concise when answering my questions. All representatives were difficult to understand with which made the communication more difficult. My passport application was checked and sent to Canada with errors they did not notify me about which defeats all whole purpose of the service. Once sending it to them it didn’t seem to get to Canada very quickly. It seems it was a waste of my time and money in this case and ended up slowing the entire application process.

A 1 star rating is higher than our experience deserves. The contacts were unprofessional, they didn't answer the questions we asked - and at one point actually tried to change our passport application to make my wife the guarantor - when we had an approved guarantor already lined up. When we asked why, we didn't get a clear answer which left us (and our guarantor hanging). Aside from poor communication, they also missed some big errors in their review. When we caught the errors and asked why they hadn't caught the errors (i.e. the requirement to print in capital letters) they stated that they would change that on our application AFTER we mailed it to them; to the date of writing, they still haven't explained how they would legally change a printed, signed and mailed passport application document. We asked multiple times (with no response) and were unable to get the business to pay for mailing our application (even though their website [as of Aug. 18, 2021] states that our payment to them covers the "Administrative Fee: mailing and courier fees, etc."). Further, the business stated multiple times that we needed to input/submit our credit card information (for passport fees) despite their website stating that our original payment covers "The Passport Fee: including the Government and 25$ consular service fee". Overall the process has taken longer than it needed to and continued our application further beyond our kids' passport expiry dates (which is why we paid for help to go quickly in the first place). When we requested a refund (twice), the company wouldn't respond, and this ultimately has led to a Better Business Bureau complaint as they haven't, as of writing this review, completed the services they promised on their website. This service was closer to a 0 star than 1 star experience.

Very helpful for untangling the bureaucratic web that can be a passport applications from outside of the country. Many people will approach the application process with dated information, but Mario and his team break everything down into a step-by-step process and were very flexible and attentive to our needs.

Did not at all explain the service fee when called on the phone. Simply said I would be paying the passport fee. When i called back to cancel and explain I wasnt clearly told about the service fee. I was argued with to some length. Although she insisted she was a reputable company and they use .ca. I would not think the Canadian government would back this company.
