★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When Robert and his team did the work it was good, they were nice and came with a 5 year warrantee. Unfortunately, that warrantee was basically useless as we have had over a half a dozen exchanges over mortar joints that were breaking down and a hole in one that was suseptable to water. They were suppose to "drop by" and see but never showed. Over 6 confirmations. Understanding that last year was a troubled time for many I waited until this year to write this as I tried once again, sent an email, shared a pic and was told they would show up a few weekends ago. And nothing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CMS Team just left and am very pleased, the work is excellent. Owner Robert Frank is very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer questions and offer his expertise. The cost is very competitive especially in light of the professionalism of the work performed, with the final bill landing exactly per estimate. A final note, despite a full schedule of projects through the summer, Robert responded immediately to my call and managed to find an opening immediately to send one of his team to address a portion of the repairs scheduled for late summer which I felt couldn't wait until then. Now that's service.

He made sure to go out of his way to fix any other related issues caused by previous contractors > I would definitely recommend him and look forward to dealing with him on other projects in the future .
