D	Damiana Ferguson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Canada Flowers a few times and have never been disappointed. The recipients have shared pictures of what was sent and they've all been beautiful. It's easy to navigate and the collection of points is a bonus. I'll never use another flower company.
J	John Torosantucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon placing a "sympathy" order for a $99 fruit/tea/cookie basket & a $109 floral/plant basket, I requested the items be delivered at the same time, so not to disturb the recipient multiple times. I assumed I would be charged 1 delivery fee, but was charged twice because the "courier charges per piece". The delivery fee was 2 x $41.81 (incl.HST), for a total of $83.62....which was close to the price of the fruit basket. Maybe "Canada Flowers" should negotiate a lower delivery charge with the courier when they're delivering 2 items to the same location. Although there was a promotional code discount of $15 per item, the total cost for the 2 baskets was $318.66, before the discount. Next time I'll purchase directly from a local florist rather than dealing with "Canada Flowers".

Vase was very nice. Flowers were super fresh! Spoke to the recipient four days later and she was still thrilled with the arrangement. A couple of flowers had just fully opened! Thanks. Great job!

They arrived 2 days later, with no notification of the delay, and the flowers ended up being a very cheerful, fall bouquet - although quite pretty - not the flowers I had selected to send to my grieving family member. They quickly responded to my follow up email; and after looking into the situation, Canada Flowers decided that a 20% refund and a 15% discount code for a future purchase was sufficient. Their justification was that the received arrangement ended up being of "correct value". Not really what a first time customer wants to hear. Clearly they just didn't want to take full ownership of the situation. To emphasize things further, my sister ordered a similar sympathy bouquet from another company and the exact arrangement she ordered was delivered on the same day. Unfortunately, based on what happened and how Canada Flowers responded to the situation, I will not be a returning customer.

The flowers were very close to what was shown on their website. I was using another service before, but now, I will switch to using these guys. Very happy with the service. My friend was very happy with her flowers too!

Sent some beautiful flowers to my boss as a sympathy gift, and him and his family loved it! This company rocks, they're super fast getting your order delivered! I will definitely use them again! You can't pick a delivery time so I had called and asked if they could do an afternoon deliver as I knew my mom wouldn't be home in the am. They didn't, so the flowers came when she was not home to receive them. When they showed up I was instantly disappointed. It was the smallest bouquet for nearly $100, it was beautiful, but so small! I was just really bummed out I paid so much for such a small arrangement. I thought when I ordered it- it would have been huge because I've ordered arrangements before worth less and they were big so I went higher for bigger and that was not the case at all. So.. beware of your expectations when ordering premium arrangements.

I've never been disappointed - they are always the most beautiful arrangements I could ever dream of. Service is great, delivery is easy - #1 in my books and I recommend them to everyone who needs flower delivery. Works great me being in the NWT and most deliveries go to Nova Scotia where my family are.
