I request delivery for a specific date and time. Every time I have arrived for pick up, the lumpiang shanghai is never ready. I then have to wait 20-30 minutes for them to fry it and bring it out. WHAT IS THE POINT OF PRE-ORDERING??? The biggest irritant is the non-chalant attitude of the staff who remain unapologetic and could care less. The 30 minute delay caused me to be late for my party, delivering the appetizers late to hungry guests. I would not recommend Can Asian!!! Find another filipino catering business for your needs. One would think a small business would use common sense when dealing with party size orders: ENSURE THE FOOD IS READY WHEN YOU SAY IT'S GOING TO BE READY OR DON'T TAKE ORDERS AT ALL!!!

They do not care or appreciate the filipino culture. Yelled at me because I was asking why my food was taking long. The man said 10 minutes. I was waiting for 25 minutes. I had the right to ask why it was taking long. Advised they shouldn't commit to a timeline they can't give. Then he yelled at me to never come back there. I have no problem not coming back. Worst service. They shouldn't own a business if they don't know what customer service is. The new management ruined the previous owner's reputation. They're food is good due to their filipino chef, but not worth the rude owner. I feel bad for their staff.
