Poor human resource management. The HRs judge candidates in the 21st-century Canadian human resource market based on 1970s mainland China's thoughts. Meaningless and ridiculous questions for the interview. They care about the prestige of your background instead of your improvements and current status.
Bad administration. Abrupt phone call for an interview without letting the candidate know beforehand nor clarifying their purposes.
The company is not westernized nor connects to the local culture (although it locates in Canada).
