★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're planning on having fun for the night, just don't go to the camping. Staff was not friendly and wouldn't listen at all. They charged us 200$ for the noise by claiming people were complaining but absolutely no one came to see us... Long story short: don't go if you're with friends.

The camping grounds follow COVID protocol but only in public areas. The camping spots are well kept and in some areas the trees need some pruning as there are some low hanging branches that prevent extensions to come out without"scrapping".
We did not use any facilities but we notice that campers are quite self sufficient. Small, medium and large vehicles can be accommodated and many are "returning campers" we met people from as far as Gaspésie.
We also noticed "security patrols" but found it quite unusual for some teenagers to go around some rowdy campers with flaring camp fire. This is probably the only negative comment I have for this camp site as we only stayed 12hrs on our very short stay.
I would normally give a 5 star rating but I am not quite comfortable with the "fire burning" we saw and when we did make a comment to the teenagers doing security, we saw nothing done about it.
If you have room bring your own firewood as the cost of purchase on site via the roving trailer is astronomically ridiculously high priced.
Location - EXCELLENT - as it's adjacent to the water park, which we had seasons pass when we lived in Shannon years ago.
We will definately return to the campsite and we will revisit this post, but for now we stand by our observation.
