★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live next to Camosun Substation. It was upgraded over the last 3 years. Now its upgraded, but loud.. There is a generator, that turns on ever 15 minutes. SO LOUD, I CANT SLEEP. AND THE SMELL IS UMBEARABLE. Diesel should be banned. PLEASE, DO SIMeTHING.!
