I’ve dealt here for many years mainly for lack of trusted options in the city. The mechanics are very helpful and knowledgeable but there is usually a fair wait. The parts department is absolutely brutal. Zero customer service, not even a attempt to acknowledge or use any customer service. This is a repeated experience I’ve had here. Sad part is I’ve made repeated efforts to support local businesses even when it cost a touch more. I won’t be returning here, I guess it’s amazon for me ?

Went in to look at getting my first street bike. Looked at a used model, but the price changed 3 times in as many visits. Got told by the sales guy that if he didn't write it down the conversation might as well have never happened. I felt like I was being talked down to when asking about the features of the bike. Maybe they're friendlier with more experienced riders, but after my last interaction I left and won't be returning, I'd rather drive an hour to do business elsewhere. Also: Apparently this business is also listed as "Cameron Cycle ltd." - which has 98 reviews instead of the 6 showing on this page. Same business, so make sure you check out both google pages for all the reviews.

The team is what always makes greatness. These guys n gals got it down pat. Helpful, friendly and most importantly kind. Thanks for your help, I wouldn't want my bike in anyone elses hands...other than riding myself !

Had to give one star to leave a review so that was forced. Maybe would be a good place if staff had a better attitude. The only one who should be dealing with customers is the lady who is upstairs with helmets and clothing

My experience started out great. They didn't have the bike I wanted but they could get it for me. This was mid February, they had to jump some hoops to get it, I said that was cool as long as I had it for mid March. Got them all paid up. It showed up at their place second week in March, didn't call me, I had to call them to find this out. Went and saw the bike and was given the story that it needed a single part that would be in by the next week. Waited until the Thursday of the next week, no call, so i called them again. They will call me back when he finishes what he was in the middle of. Ok that's cool. So the next Tuesday, still no call back, I call back speak to another fellow and get told they are waiting for completely different parts than what I was told the first time and they won't be in until middle of April. He will sort out what is happening and call me back. I wait until mid afternoon the next day and you guessed it, no call back! I call back again mid afternoon on Wednesday and am told we will take a part of a bike in stock and put on for you and you can have it for the weekend. I appreciate this offer but decline because that will have me still waiting for another part plus some accessories that I have already paid for. Quite frankly I am scared that if I take it under those conditions I may never get it back in and out in a reasonable time frame. So here I sit making payments on a motorcycle I bought in February and not even getting called back when I have valid concerns with April one day away. Frustrated some? You bet!!!

I have been here 3 times this year and keep trying to support the local dealer. But after reviving very very poor customer service every time I give up. They just don’t care for the customer. Left me feeling like I was inconveniencing them. They where lazy and didn’t want to help. I came to pick up a part at the end of the day. My bad but I tried to make it very quick and easy. They had to stay 3 min late. But I got reminded 3 times that I was inconveniencing them. I won’t be back. On the hunt for a place that cares if you know one.
