★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 309 Sq-ft is false. With no balcony the square footage is 267. This condo building is used by many owners as weekly rentals, so dealing with disrespectful tenants is a nightmare. Noise from the neighbors as well as the street is unbearable. Crime is ridiculous. Vehicles are broken into on a weekly basis. Bikes are stolen just as often. I personally encountered a guy overdosing in the stairwell. Garbage is frequently left outside the trash area. The common areas are always dirty to a disgusting degree. Dogs are allowed to bark at all times, and many (I'm assuming dogs, but who knows) urinate in the elevator, and it's just left there. The property management company is AWOL.
