Had to pickup a couple sheets of drywall and some two by fours at this store it is very close by. The staff are ever so helpful and they loaded the drywall plus the lumber. Really impressed as the guys Evan checked the lumber for being straight and true. This is my favourite home hardware and love to stroll through it as their displays are the best. And today was 10 percent off for us good seniors, a real bonus.

I would like commend Julia and Home Hardware for not only sharing great plumbing expertise but also for having stock of the different solutions to help an old dog see a different way!

I would like for the owner to get in touch with me as I am not pleased at all by the situation that I am in with home hardware. From customer service to the policies. So if the owner would be so kind into getting in contact with me that would be great. Since emailing and calling aren't getting me anywhere. Maybe this will. Thank you I am changing my 1 star to 5 as the owner has been in contact with me. And I appreciate that. Issue is in the works of being fixed and I am positive that both parties will be happy with the outcome.

Went to Cambridge Home Hardware looking for kitchen cabinets to start a long anticipated renovation. We met Dan and were impressed with his knowledge and confidence in the Woodcrest cabinets. We ordered cabinets and gave a 50% deposit on May 4th with a time line of 9 weeks for our cabinet delivery, 25% restocking fee to cancel the order. With cabinets ordered we went ahead and started our kitchen reno with a 9 week timeline. 3 weeks later, and our kitchen looking like the posted picture I am told our cabinets have been delayed by 13 extra weeks, timeline for kitchen now 22 weeks. Cambridge Home Hardware cannot help with this as they claim "it is not their fault it is the supplier" so was given contact for Woodcrest Cabinets. Spoke with management at Woodcrest Cabinets "they took too many orders as everyone is doing home reno's during COVID this has backed them up" They are very sorry but they are not willing to help or give any type of compensation. Manager at Woodcrest told me my delivery date was Oct 12. My last contact with anyone was July 7. No one has followed up with me in that time frame so this week I emailed Cambridge Home Hardware to check on my order I am now back to an estimated delivery date of Oct 18-22. I am more than frustrated at both companies signed a contract with a 9 week delivery frame (verified by Dan the day before with his Woodcrest Rep) which is now still an ESTIMATED 24 week delivery. Someone at one of these companies should be doing something to help at this point. Cambridge Home Hardware has my deposit and I have nothing 17 weeks later and counting!

Decided to buy my latest renovation supplies here and was so impressed with the friendly service I returned the next day to buy more items. Once again I was helped by friendly knowledgeable staff. Great quality items and in my opinion comparable or even better priced than the bigger stores. Been going there regularly and never a complaint. .

I have been there couple of times and each time they made me feel so uncomfortable by sending someone to have eyes on me and chase me to make sure that I don’t steal. Maybe bc I have hijab or else; but I found their behaviors so racist and mean towards a customer.

Paid for lumber you did not have in stock..waited over 40 minutes to recieve the lumber..AFTER you charged me more for the lumber I HAD to buy because the lumber YOU SOLD ME was not in stock. Absolutely terrible experience I will never shop at another HomeHardware again after this.. shame on you!
