They also made efforts to protect the interior by laying floor covers and removing their outdoor footwear while working inside the house. The job site was left clean after each working day. Always a great start by meeting their local sales rep, Josh Sanders, who knows their product inside out and is truly a professional. The rest of the process from engineering to scheduling, installation and service is greatly managed and we have dealt with true professionals throughout the years. One important item dealing with Cambridge Elevating throughout the years has been the consistency in their quality of service which as client we highly appreciate.

Jason, service manager, is awesome. He is very knowledgeable, personable and just a great person representing this company. Cambridge stands behind their elevators.
I’m in a wheelchair. This elevator has given me the freedom to get to every floor of my house easily. Nothing is off-limits! We thought a bungalow would be our only option but Cambridge opened up our housing options. This is better than living in a bungalow! Most wheelchair users don’t get to their basement.
I’m so thankful for my elevator! It has changed my life.

Cambridge Elevating has done an amazing job over the past 10 years taking care of the elevator they installed. They have always stood behind us when there was an issue with a part of the elevator that wasn’t working properly. They were responsible and accountable to resolve the problem. There is no other company I would recommend for a residential elevator. They stand behind their work 100%!!

From booking a visit to the technician coming out for the repair it was fast and professional. Chris was on time and made the necessary adjustments to get us back up and running in no time. We are so glad we chose Cambridge elevators and have also sign up for the maintenance program.
