They were friendly, the nursing staff took the time to interact with my daughter and make her smile, the doctor was great and patient. The test was awful but the rest of the experience was just really lovely.
M	Mark MacEwen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife decided to go to this location for covid test for our 1yr toddler as there is a doctor on site that performs an exam at the same time. The doctor who performed the exam stated that nothing was wrong with toddler yet later that night (10hrs later) in emerg our toddler was diagnosed with a full blown ear infection and strep throat. Plus it wasn't mentioned until after testing that results for covid swab would take 3-4 days instead of 12-24hrs like other testing centres.It would be much faster to get tested elsewhere and see family doctor the next day. I would avoid this location.

Our healthcare system is messed up & very confusing as it states that you should get a PCR test done if you tested positive from a rapid test as they aren't always accurate, which I did. But was denied any testing onsite. Wasted 40 mins driving here for nothing.
s	sreshta sathya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant experience yesterday . Took my 2 kids (6 and 4) as they were exposed in the school bus , I can’t lie that I was not nervous !! But everyone in the facility was very good and made us feel comfortable . Not too much of a wait as I booked a late evening one .the doctor also was very calm and made the whole experience a good one . Nurses gave me all instructions on isolation and how to check the results in a very detailed manner . Overall I felt they made my day easy. Kudos to everyone for all their hard work and patience . She made sure we understood everything, reassured my daughter, and took the time to walk her through the process and make her laugh. Just an all-around lovely experience. A sincere thank you to all the healthcare professionals at the assessment centre. Keep up the stellar work!

The receptionist, the nurses and the doctor were all very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Their knowledge and experience helped us to combine the results of our PCR tests with the benefits and side effects of the new Paxlovid antiviral drug. This enabled us to make an informed decision about the personal use of this drug. The staff were extremely thorough and concerned to the point that we were contacted 2 days later to see how we were progressing and to make sure the provincial and district Covid-19 teams had contacted us for all the information they needed. We are so lucky to have these dedicated and professional health care workers on our team.
L	Lise Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly polite approach. Surprised at infection control practice. The nurse and not sure if RN or RPN didn't identify. All of them are walking around in isolation gowns. They don't change isolation gowns after each patient. The nurse gloved up then touched her mask to adjust, then used a pen and paper then wanted to swab. I politely asked to change her gloves. I asked her as to how come they don't change gowns in between patients and she didn't know their practice and she was an hospital employee. The only reason people are going to assessment unit is to confirm or deny Covid or they could be spreaders because they don't Don on or off after each patient. I'm being generous with a 3 Star evaluation.

I ended up being Covid positive and all the staff were extremely friendly and compassionate. The doctor that I was seen by did a brief exam to ensure I was on my way to recovery. KUDOS to the doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff . I sincerely appreciate your hard efforts. Stay safe !!
