Ryan, Cassie and the team have been a pleasure to work with and have been extremely helpful and efficient. We love the views of Shannon Lake Golf Course, surrounding mountains and twinkling city lights in the evenings. We highly recommend this community!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can we say – we love living here at Camber Heights! This was the first place we looked at and we instantly wanted to buy here. However, we did our due diligence and thoroughly looked at various other places within a similar price range and exhausted all other options; however, always in the back of our mind was Camber Heights as nothing compared to it. It was undoubtedly the most beautiful, of highest quality, and located ideally (close to downtown West Kelowna, downtown Kelowna, Peachland – and even Penticton where I work). And did I mention we have a beautiful forested / protected land right out our doorstep and the amazing landscaping recently done will only add to this beautiful naturalistic environment. Our neighbors are awesome and the development team here at Camber Heights are great and continue to ensure that we are fully satisfied! The team, led by Ryan and Cassie, are quite perfectionistic and simply want to ensure that everyone is 100% happy with their newly purchased home. We are quite perfectionistic ourselves and we have never felt more supported by this team. For us – this was the only place to buy, we are fully satisfied with our purchase, and we plan on enjoying living here for years to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Camber Heights has been exceptional. From viewing, purchasing and moving out of province to my new home, the group exceeded my expectations. The entire team including Ryan and Cassie are professional, detail-oriented and over and above accommodating. The attentiveness and detail to service is outstanding. For example, I am new to BC and did not have any contacts such as an electrician or someone to help with small things to set up my home. They were so willing to provide contacts, set up services and even help with deliveries while I was out of town. This is well above my expectations and previous experience with other development teams.
The suites themselves are beautifully designed and high quality with attention to even the smallest details. Before purchasing, I looked at over 70+ homes in the greater Kelowna area and the quality of these units are incomparable. The design is very well thought-out and well built. It is obvious the developers are experienced and made these units with intention of creating unique yet functional and luxury townhomes. They are located in a great area close to amenities with natural surroundings and a welcoming community. I have nothing but great things to say about my new home in Camber Heights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been living in Camber Heights since May and absolutely love our beautiful home. We downsized from our previous home of seventeen years, so we knew that our new home would need to be special. Having an eye and passion for design, I knew immediately after viewing the show home, that Camber Heights was built with high end finishes. From the gorgeous light oak floors, the marbled quartz countertops throughout and the eleven foot ceiling height, nothing was overlooked.
One of the reasons that we purchased our unit in Camber Heights, was for the expansive view that we have from the oversized covered balcony. With built in heaters, we spend endless hours on our balcony enjoying the view of Shannon Lake and the golf course during the day and city lights at night. We couldn’t be more pleased with how much living space that we have out there. The view doesn’t stop there, as the wall sized window in the living room and master bedroom perfectly frame the beautiful lake and golf course. It’s like art that we don’t want to cover up, but in the evening when we are needing privacy, we simply close our blinds at the push of a button.
We are thrilled with the technology and conveniences that have been included in the planning and building of our home.. We feel safe and at home in our new home and community of Camber Heights.
