Of those, Calvin and his team are at the top. Market knowledge, negotiation, recommendations for allied professionals, Calvin excels in all of it. I have said many times, he is the best realtor in Edmonton. Period.

I bought a home home using Calvin as my realtor so rest assured this is an actual review. He has excellent market knowledge and perhaps his greatest asset is his availability. This REALLY sets him apart from other realtors based on my past experience. He has gone out on his own since then but has put together a strong team to support his efforts. I have seen no drop off in the level and speed of service.
If you plan to sell a home Calvin and his team put together a top-notch marketing effort to get your property in front of as many buyers as possible. Don't underestimate the value of this. They earn their commission and put it to work for you. Calvin Realty works hard to provide value for their clients and they deliver.

Prior to this purchase I had been searching around for recommendations because I know how important it is to have the right people on your team when you're buying a house. Calvin came recommended to me from a colleague who spoke highly of him and I'm very glad she did.
We were able to snag our dream home through the expertise of Calvin. With a drop in market price the property was at the right point to be high in demand which meant we had to be very aggressive in order to get it. Calvin was able to guide us throughout and explain the process, even with the added urgency. I am quite confident that we would have lost out on this home if we didn't have a realtor like him.
There were only 24 days between first viewing and taking possession and Calvin was able to make that happen for us. We really appreciated his quick responses and overall open communication. After we took possession, Calvin continued to answer any/all questions we had about the property and kept in contact.
I would, and will, be recommending Calvin to anyone looking for their next property.
