All of the reviews here complaining about not receiving their flyers and I'm having the exact opposite problem... Flyer Force offers a form on their website where you can request that they stop delivering flyers to your address. However, I'm still constantly receiving bundles of flyers despite filling out the form and repeated e-mail complaints to a Distribution Supervisor. Additionally, my carrier just leaves the flyers on the stoop in any weather unprotected: in the rain, a puddle of melting snow, you name it. I don't want these flyers to begin with and I want them even less when they're soaking wet and disgusting. The customer service provided by this distributor is atrocious and I'm astonished that anyone continues to do business with them. It's really dragging down the image of your company to associate with a distributor that so blatantly disregards the wishes of your (potential) customers and that doesn't even take the time to ensure that your advertising materials make it to them in a usable state.

Thursday is flyer day. I have never received a set of flyers on Thursday, it is always a Friday delivery at my house and it's always after 3pm. If they don't get delivered Friday there is no one to call on Saturday, their office is closed. Telephone contact has become virtually useless and email support for missed delivery is sporadic. I got an email saying the flyers would be delivered Monday, but nothing arrived. Calls on Tuesday have gone unanswered and by Wednesday last week's flyers are dated. Can't complain about their service though, THERE ISN'T ANY.

We had been working as carriers with this company for over a decade. Starting when we were kids and carried on, going through numerous area distributors our entire family worked tirelessly year after year for the Calgary Flyer Force. We used to do our route and also help out with other routes as needed, sometimes taking on three or four because other carriers would go on vacation. It started out great, the company would support its workers and pay fairly for all items delivered. We would even get rewards sometimes such as movie passes etc. Over time it started going downhill and shortly before we were unjustly terminated, we realized we were clearly being taken advantage of. One of our area distributors also quit shortly before due to this reason as the company was not paying its workers fairly. Kathy Weston, the person who unjustly terminated us is a disgrace to this company. When companies start hiring these type of people they aren't doing themselves any favors. She terminated us two days after being hired for her position without considering whether we did anything wrong or not. All that it took was a photo of our blue recycling bin filled with flyers. She did not bother to check whether these were old flyers or even ask for an explanation as to what was going on. She did not consider that we were working for the company for over ten years, she did not consider that we went out of our way to get to know the neighbors, to work in all types of weather, and to even deliver flyers to people who had not signed up at our own expense and time without being paid. We were tossed aside as if all the work we had done for the company meant nothing. After being terminated by email we also did not get our complete payment for the work we did. The success of a company starts at the top and clearly there is much improvement needed here, with the way the company is going..hiring people who abuse their authority, paying their workers next to nothing while asking them to do more, Calgary Flyer Force is setting itself up for failure. Ever since we were fired, flyer delivery has been sporadic, numerous neighbors have complained, workers have been hired and shortly leave thereafter. Calgary Flyer Force did not appreciate the time we spent for them and now they are suffering. Be EXTREMELY wary signing up to work for this company, they will most definitely take advantage of you if you are young and just working for pocket money. If you rely on this job for most of your income, find another job ASAP and be ready to be terminated at any moment for any reason without pay. Calgary Flyer Force does not care one bit for its employees.

Similar sentiments as Kelly Taylor. My kids have delivered for Kathy Weston for a little over 5 years. They went from $90/mo down to $36/mo. In June she didn't pay them, and then proceeded to blame our kids for losing the cheque (that is ALWAYS stapled to the delivery list). She told use to wait until next month. This month we get our giant $37 cheque, but no back payment for the missing cheque. My wife texts her to either pay the back pay or pick up the flyers since $37/mo isn't worth the hassle. She then threatens to call the police for her harassing her, as well as fining us for littering, and wanting us to pay HER $12. Highly suspicious how much their pay decreased, and how other carriers are being treated (stole from?) by the same distributor. Flyer Force, listen up and either fire or reprimand distributors like this.

Weekly flyer delivery does not happen consistently. Everyone else I know in other communities always get theirs on time and always on the same day. Here in Deer Ridge, sometimes we get them Friday morning, sometimes Saturday, sometimes not at all! Last week, they were left on our path just off the sidewalk! As most of the sales start Friday (some Thursday), I would like to have these on Thursday as I know other communities get theirs on Thursdays. We've had to call on numerous occasions because we didn't get flyers at all for the week!

If I could rate this in the negatives I most definitely would. My son was delivering flyers for Kathy Weston the area manager, every week she left 3 times the flyers for the list my son received, when you try to contact her she never returns your messages. He received $37.00 for a months worth of work and we were stuck disposing of the 7 stacks of flyers left over. What a waste of paper and recycling. If you want your child to learn how not to do a job then Kathy Weston is a perfect example for them. I also tried to contact flyer force and they don’t bother responding either. Kathy Weston owes my 14 year old son for a months worth of pay and refuses to return any calls. Absolutely despicable company and those representing the company. I really feel the Calgary news should hear about these people. Do not let your child work for these crooks. I paid my son he did the work!

WOW! Most of these reviews are really bad. I definitely feel for the kids working and not getting paid. There are Cdn Labour Laws to protect workers. Regarding my experience over the years, I've had both terrible delivery service and the best delivery service depending on where I'm living. - Most recently the best delivery service for the last SEVEN YEARS by a young man named Tanner (and his dog) in West Dover. Very reliable! Flyers usually delivered on Wednesday or occasionally Thursday, and rarely ever a week was missed. I've just recently moved to the northwest and I haven't seen anyone delivering flyers in my neighborhood so far so I need to call the company and see if I can get delivery. Hope someone answers and I don't get the runaround. Fingers crossed that I get good delivery service!

Worked for the flyer force many years ago was good back then. But now current workers under the new management are very rarely paid. As a flyer force worker you can expect to get paid 10 dollars a week for delivering about 250 flyers
