They play the favorites game with the men, NOT ONE of the messages Ive left for my fiance was delivered to him. Outings were denied for no reason when compared to the others. This is so disorganized and needs to be reviewed. They advertise group therapy and 5 weeks in have still not seen it??? Very confused and VERY dissapointed in the staff. Oh and the coffee shop? Not for anyones use. Unless you attend the church, but then WHY IS IT IN A REHAB?! These men should be the FIRST priority. YES they have issues, but for higher ups to look down upon them compared to the "church goers" is disgusting. There IS NO difference between these men and the church.

They claim to be a Christian organization. But, they are way too lenient with the homeless, addicted Clients. Most don't stay Clean & Sober after they graduate from the program. I believe that Teen Challenge, on acreage at Priddis, has better long term success rate, combatting addictions. They run a stricter, more intensive, Bible based program.

This organization, especially the womens recovery program is questionable. In my experience with the womens recovery program I felt like I was unaccepted because I didn't follow Christianity. The program manager Kim is a conservative Christian, and imposes her Christian beliefs and political views on people. She claimed she was a supporter of Trump because he follows the Bible. Kim is highly unprofessional. If you go there, you will eventually have to accept Jesus Christ into your life or you have to get kicked out of the program. They set a disrespectful and condescending perception of what Christianity really is. It's seems almost cultish because they take advantage of vulnerable women who have no sense of identity. This is not the place to restart your journey if you are a non-believer.

VERY nice and welcoming people. Programs sound excellent. Cannot say enough about the great first impression they give to people needing help.

The organization itself is okay but certainly not for everyone. Especially since everyone has there own way of recovery and might not fit into the mold they try to make everyone accustomed to. They don't really do to much in the sense of making people feel welcomed in their time of need. Especially if you just want to do your own thing and use the program on your own time. Especially if and when your staying clean and sober, which is really all that should matter. But the so called staff that are recovered or recovering addicts themselves are absolutely horrible and quite ignorant to say the least. (Especially Mac). If you don't fit in with them and their pre or current addictions then they overlook you and could care less about how you feel or how your recovering from your own mental health or addiction issues. And if god forbid you do use or have any issues with anyone you don't get a chance to explain or prove yourself and they just kick you out to the street (whether or not you have anywhere to go). And without an explanation or help by any means. I would think if your organization is there to help those in need you would care more to actually HELP and not reducible or judge instead. Especially when doing so could cause someone to regress and lose any and all the progress they have made. Thank God I landed on my feet and have been doing even better since I left, but for others that might not be the case. Sad really. And please don't be fooled by the current rating. The majority of those ratings are staff members themselves putting in reviews to make the organization seem better then it actually is. When in all reality it deserves nothing more then 1 star maybe a 2 star. If all the reviews were honest I truely believe that's what the rating would be. If you can find the help you need anywhere else I strongly recommend you do so and save this place as a last resort.

Jim, Gary and the team have been amazing for year's. They have helped hundreds of families and don't hesitate to ask them to help your family if you need it.

My daughter's girl guides group went there to make care packages for the homeless. We got a tour and learned all about how they help their clients. We were grateful to be able to help out and be there.
