★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a large, clean and well organized facility with a great collection of books, movies and dvds. They will bring material in from other locations and it arrives within a matter of days.
The service has been amazing. There's also interesting and fun events for all ages and a diverse range of interests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean space to read or do work however, the noise is out of control. The sounds of the children area downstairs echo throughout the library. Shouldn't libraries be quiet for people who are trying to concentrate or read? Designated quiet areas are needed where doors are allowed to be closed and a respectful noise level that applies to everyone. Libraries should be quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The library is a decent size and clean, its nice to have a separation from the children's floor on the bottom level. The adult floor is on the top which is designated as a quiet floor. It's not always respected as the quiet floor from some people and surpassingly the staff at the library. I've found the staff to have loud conversations with each other not respecting the people who are trying to work. Overall its a good place to come.

Recently because of the reduction in hours open due to Covid and my work hours I've been having difficulty getting to the library to pick up my holds. I called and asked for help and they carried the hold over 1 day so I could pick it up. I am very grateful for the quick response. Thank you:]
