★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, please, please do not waste your time & money on this place. Owner is not honest & will take your money. Before you send him any money, you should go see the place first. It is absolutely disgusting & filthy even though he told us the cleaners were there. Total lie on his part as we could tell the place hadn't been cleaned in years. Pics he posted are obviously from years back. We didn't even stay two hours after sending him full payment via etransfer for a weekend. Totally our fault for not going to see the place first. Please do not be fooled by David like we were. Check the reviews on Better Business Bureau before renting here. Wish we had before losing our money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do your due diligence and go see his property before you give him a penny. He posts pictures from years ago when it was renovated. Now the windows are disgusting, the fans are full of dust, dirty floors, everything is broken, stains all over the carpet. Broken pool table. The deck is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Sit in that couch, I dare you. David is not honest. Then you have to fight with him to get money back. He throws you 50.00 . We had to eat out every meal because the kitchen was so disgusting . My wife had to clean for hours when we arrived just for us to stay. Snd David said the cleaner just left before we arrived. There are better rentals out there. You have been warned. Stay away save yourself the headache and disappointment.
