From the beginning of the project to its completion, the entire team has been very professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you Caivan for bringing our vision to life! We are SO impressed, every little detail we had in mind, both exterior and interior was on point! It’s evident that you take pride in your work! You were also very committed to all the timelines. Even during a global pandemic!!! What a wonderful feeling it was to be in our “home sweet home”. Over the years, we have moved around 6 times and 3 of those moves were new construction, therefore we have experienced all different levels of service from different builders. We can truly say Caivan is no exception! We are truly grateful for an exceptional experience and wish Caivan continued success!!

Thanks to Dan and Jenny from the sales centre for being extremely professional, helpful and responsive. Dan is always ready to help and he is fast to find answers and/or solutions to any questions or concerns. Both Jenny and Dan are always pleasant, warm and welcoming when my husband and I pop-in with questions or just to visit to inquire on progress. Our design studio experience was outstanding with McKale and we our grateful to have her as our design associate. Overall, our experience has been AWESOME and everyone has been great with helping achieve/create the perfect home for us! Thank you to the whole Caivan team!!!

The location, design, layout and materials used were the best of the best from what we had seen in our area (Orleans) and from visiting other builders work. Their staff at the sale center were a major part of our buying decision. Jenny and Dan were the ones who helped us there and they were warm and welcoming, honest/objective. They were able to guide us objectively and they responded to emails and calls promptly. McKale from the design centre was a major help (she gets a gold star!!!). She was very patient with us, positive, smiling and laughing (she makes her job look fun!). She was also very professional, with attention to detail (she has a good eye). She did her best to work with our many request, difficult schedules and hundreds of back and forth emails. It is my wife’s first time buying a house and it couldn’t have been made easier...... The whole Caivan team is awesome! We would gladly recommend them to anyone house shopping and looking for a great product, knowledgeable and supportive staff. 5/5 Stars!!!

He was knowledgeable and informative and made me appreciate caivan as a builder. The models he allowed me to view were amazingly well styled. I know that may not be fully representative of a actual home but of it's anything close I'm impressed.

Dan and Jennie were courteous, professional and extremely helpful, the entire process was seamless. When it was time to select my colors, styles and upgrades, I felt overwhelmed by the amount of options available. Those feelings quickly changed after meeting with Jacquie and Katie at the design center. They were absolutely amazing! I feel very fortunate to have had them walk me through the process step by step to ensure I was making all the right decisions. Every time I come home, I feel reassured that buying a Caivan home was the best decision I made. J	Johnny Sfeir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor workmanship & after sale services is slow and inefficient. The company doesn’t have a manager to inspect the finishes before PDI and handing the keys. However our closing was surprisingly on time! Caivan upgrades are more expensive and design options are limited compared to other Builders in Ottawa. Property lots are small. Company's culture is one that is unapologetic for their mistakes & shortcomings. Communication, post posession, needs improvement. We felt a genuine lack of care post posession. Makes for a bad experience once all is set and done. You will learn to "love" your home because it's your home, however the Caivan experience is frustrating. It needs plenty of improvements. Would not recommend this Builder. (Not my first new build purchase)

Both Dan and Jennie in the sales office were very helpful. I really enjoyed working with Katie in their design center. She was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient during the design appointments. She had many clients to deal with, yet her responses were timely and I felt that I was the only client that she was dealing with. Once moved in, I noticed that the home was well built and the finishes were of high quality. I would unequivocally recommend Caivan as a builder. Ben.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan & Sunny and they were nothing but an amazing reps. Polite, patient and very knowledgeable. Generally it is hard to get in touch directly with a sales rep at a builder but they were always available to help with any questions and were very informative. All this made the purchase experience that more satisfying. I can't wait to see our home complete. Thank you Dan and Sunny !
