★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une réceptionniste répond au téléphone mais la direction n'est pas là ou très rarement. C'est vraiment du n'importe quoi cette administration. On se cogne le nez à une porte barrée lorsque nous nous déplaçons. Il y a quelques mois j'ai fait une plainte à la direction concernant la porte barrée en tout temps et personne pour répondre au téléphone et le directeur m'a répondu de rappelé en me donnant une journée précise et une heure attitrée pour être certains qu'il puisse répondre. Quelques mois après voilà qu'il engage une réceptionniste pour répondre au téléphone, sa parait mieux hein, mais la direction est toujours absente et aucunement disponible, ... comment bien paraître ! En tout cas je sais que mes taxes servent en partie à payer les employés à la maison.
C'est désolant pour les gens qui ont besoin d'aide. Pour publier je devais peser sur une étoile .. mais..
Ma conjointe est tombé sur une bonne journée la porte était débarrée ( 5 mois après hi) mais elle a reçu un accueil très froid d'un homme qui n'a pas cheveux et un intervenante jeune qui était gentil , elle voulait parler au directeur mais toujours pas là, elle a laissé notre numéro au monsieur pas de cheveux et pas de nouvelle du directeur. J'ai donné ma notice pour déménager en juillet de partir de Charlesbourg car le seul organisme attitré pour nous est le complice, pas fort. Nous avons déjà été à cet organisme il y a 4 ans et il y avait une super bonne équipe qui nous avait répondu et ils nous avaient beaucoup aidée. Nous allons laisser tomber car nous avons tenté de retéléphoner après le passage de ma femme et nous n'avons jamais eu de retour d'appel encore une fois. Ca bien changer cet organisme dommage pour les utilisateurs, très dommage :(. ça va surement fermer bientôt à voir comme c'est rendu maintenant
A receptionist answers the phone but the management is not there or very rarely. This administration is really nothing. We bang our noses at a barred door when we move. A few months ago I made a complaint to the management regarding the locked door at all times and no one to answer the phone and the manager answered me by call giving me a specific day and a scheduled time to be certain that 'he can answer. A few months later, he hired a receptionist to answer the phone, his looks better, but the management is still absent and not available at all, ... how to look good! In any case, I know that my taxes are used in part to pay the employees at home.
It is distressing for people who need help. To publish I had to weigh on a star .. but ..
My wife fell on a good day the door was unlocked (5 months after hi) but she received a very cold reception from a man who has no hair and a young worker who was nice, she wanted to speak to the manager but still not there, she left our number to the gentleman no hair and no news from the director. I gave my notice to move in July from Charlesbourg because the only body appointed for us is the accomplice, not strong. We have already been at this organization 4 years ago and there was a super good team who answered us and they helped us a lot. We are going to give up because we tried to re-telephone after the passage of my wife and we never had a return call again. It will change this organism too bad for users, very bad :(. It will probably close soon to see as it is now
