He was friendly and encouraging which was comforting for myself and my female counterpart who were promoting a local event. AND TO TOP IT OFF one of the techs was super sweet to my daughter who came along ... this young lady had my daughter right with her teaching her about the audio and sound board and made her feel right at home. Forever grateful for the kindness she was shown that day!!! Many thanks to this young woman I unfortunately didnt get her name.
