De plus nous n'avons pas aimé le service "pré-vente" et l'impossibilité de discuté avec le gérant. Soyez de bons consommateurs et magasinez ailleurs. Far too expensive. We paid 30% less shopping for bathroom cabinets. In addition we did not like the "pre-sale" service and the impossibility of discussing with the manager. Be good consumers and shop elsewhere.

However, our desire has always been to serve the best to our clients in both our products and service only using quality products that will stand up to the test of time, backed by the best warranty in the kitchen cabinet industry. Not only can we depend on the quality of their products, we also know that they work as a team with us and that they have top notch people like Marco Robert (Director of Commercial Operations) and Eleanor Bouchard (Sales Rep Extraordinaire), who do their best to serve their dealers with utmost respect and support when needed. Marco Robert along with Eleanor Bouchard assisted us, when we ran into a rather tremendous obstacle during the process of an order, that could have delayed an order and caused a devasting domino effect. Their support went beyond expectations as they were able to look at the situation and see that no underhanded deceit had been intended and to visualize the bigger picture of the importance of keeping this order on time. Only further proved true the Cabico principal that “There’s a human touch in everything we do. Even in the year 2020-2021 we can still count on Cabico to offer quality along with the Human Touch! However, I asked them for some custom design work, and it was poorly designed, did not take installation into consideration or the finishing of the final configuration. Their Sales and Customer Service team was unhelpful and confrontational. Had to engage my dealer rep to convince them they had missed components. After months of discussion, they sent an expert installer over who confirmed parts were missing and that the design was flawed. However, Cabico never offered assistance in installation or a re-design, literally said it was manufactured as designed. Do not hire them to design anything custom for you. Their stock product is great, but don't be creative with them.
