Cabanons Fontaine

Worst service ever. I purchased a cabanon in Sept 2015 and i still don't have mine. Understandably, we are in winter so i dont expect it to be installed but i kept calling until their last delivery date (Dec 18, 2015) and they would not respond back to my calls after i left messages. Unbelievable...had i read all the reviews online and in local papers, i would not have gone to them. please don't make the same mistake. do not buy from them.

We have a great purchase experience with Bruno Croussy, very polite, well knowledgeable about the details and he help us to choose the best shed for our house.

My new cabanon is up and ready to receive all the stuff I was storing in my garage so far. The 16x12 feet cabanon was installed by a team of two super carpenters (Jean-C and Max) in only one day. They arrived on the scheduled day, very early in the morning as promised. Due to Covid19 restrictions I could not assist them in any way. They had all the tools and assembling parts. They were polite and courteous, answering all my questions. The preassembled walls, floor and roof frame were put together on site. The finishing roof tiles and exterior walls siding were also assembled on site. All materials are of good quality and beautifully assembled. I appreciate the full support I received from Cabanon Fontaine’s experts in all the phases of the project. They helped me with the design, the choices of finishing on the outside walls, the roof etc. They furnished all the plans (drawings) necessary to submit to town-hall for a building permit and accepted some minor changes even after the signature of the contract. (Though for a small fee?) I had to prepare the base/foundation of this floating shed. I was a bit concerned by the unevenness of the final terrain. The first thing the builders did was to put down the floor joists (frame) on concrete blocks and plastic holders and used wood shims to level the floor. I was happy that they did not mind the quality of my work. Now everything is in place. I opened the door, letting the wood dry more, before I paint the walls and the floor. With all the humidity in the air this may take a few days. The town hall inspector did the inspection and found all according to plan and building code (Ontario) for such a structure. I am very satisfied with their work ethics and work quality and I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives. I congratulate Cabanon Fontaine and its crew for a job WELL DONE!

We had to wait a year to get the garage due to forces outside of our control, mostly due to COVID, but these guys were there the whole way helping and answering all our questions. A few hic-ups during the install but that's to be expected on any job. We are very satisfied and looking forward to enjoying our new garage for the many years tp come! Amazing experience from start to finish with this company. Justin was our salesperson and always got back to us in a timely manner with all our concerns. We are truly satisfied and will recommend you to everyone that is considering getting a shed. (Update) We had a little issue with the handle and it was handled quickly by the repair team. Honestly fantastic people and great work.

We purchased a Cabanon back in 2006. I realize this is a while ago but I contacted them to see if one of the corners could be replaced. They never even replied. I contacted them again and was asked to send through my receipt of purchase so they could see the model and color. Once again no one even had the decency to get back to me. I contacted them again and was told they no longer have these replacement parts. I understand this but the least they could have done was let me know. Their after sales service leaves a lot to be desired.

The installation team arrived promptly at 7:15 am, which surprised us as we are in Ontario. They were so well organized that by 10:15 am you would have never known they were there, with the exception of the beautiful shed they left behind. Honestly thought that they would be at our house all day! Our sincere thanks for this seamless process. It's our 2nd Cabane Fontaine shed, the last one we left behind at our previous home after 31 years!

Nice shed. Well build. Just as promised. I should have ordered a ramp for the shed as sits quite high from the ground. My only complaint is the installers left about 80 pounds of junk, in two large cloth bags, behind. I will have to purchase garbage bags from the town to dispose of it.
