I received a call three hours prior to the scheduled arrival time, informing me that the cleaners were no longer available and that my appointment was canceled. I spoke with Marina on the phone who expressed sympathy, but was "unable to do anything about it". I'm now put into a position where I need to scramble last minute to find a cleaner with availability. C4 is unreliable and I recommend they be avoided.

K	Kroogle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used C4'c cleaning service for a condo move in. Tenants before me were absolutely filthy (read, pet feces on carpet, oil splattered all over kitchen). Two very friendly cleaners came, divided, and conquered. The place is like new! I'm not _quite_ OCD but was pretty freaked out at the state of the place. Any time I pointed out I'd like them to make sure to get an area, they'd already hit it. Very re-assuring. They also came in under my budget, which was a complete surprise. Recommend, absolutely. C	Carol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was hired by our Strata based on a recommendation from our Property Manager, Julie Landicho of Martello Property Service and pushed on us by one of our Council Members....worst decision ever. I haven't seen our building this messy or unclean in the entire time I have lived there and I have lived there many years. I swear they don't dust, barely vacuum or mop the floors. Not sure what they do use to vacuum the carpets but it is tearing it up and they also use it to vacuum up our concrete parkade??? Horrible decision was made in hiring this company when we already had a fabulous cleaner who went above and beyond to keep our building clean and well maintained.
