1- She is incredibly prompt to respond to my emails and texts.
2- When she does not know exactly how something works she always spends the time figuring it out and on top of that she doesn't charge me for her learning curve to understand how it works.
3- She will call me directly if she doesn't understand what I am asking for and makes sure to clearly tell me how long it will take to complete that unit of work.
4- She is very helpful, always seeking to ensure her support is what I need.
5- Her turnaround time to complete work is very reasonable.
6- When there is not an easy solution to next steps she outlines the possibilities so I can clearly decide how to proceed.
7- She creatively problem solves how to make my vision a reality.
