★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had this contracting company do my weeping tiles on my home and I had them install a sump pump/pit in my basement.
Chris and Jen (the owners) were super helpfull from day one. They both understand the trade and were honest from the begining.
PRO
-Very clear, easy to understand what work they would perform
-Price was great, very fair compared to other contrators in town
-Quick work, everything was completed within a weeks time
-The crew were very friendly and did a fantastic job
-When it came to needing a sump pump/pit, they explained the entire process to go to the City for the grant
CONS
-When installing the sump pump/pit they left a bit of a mess in the basement of my home and on my houses siding (minor issue)
Absolutely flawless work though. I would reccomend CP Foundation Repair and would definitely use them again for foundation or landscaping projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't speak to the quality of the work they do, because I couldn't even get them to bother with sending me a quote. I called to get an estimate, and the day before they were supposed to come, they rescheduled. When they finally came, over a week after the initial call, I was told I would get an estimate by email in the next day or 2. I waited several days and received nothing. I attempted to call 3-4 times, but every time it went to voicemail, and their inbox was full, so I couldn't leave a message. Finally, after nearly 2 weeks I got a hold of someone, and was told they had the wrong email address, though they obviously had my phone number. Once again, I was told I would get a quote the next day. Now, 4 days later, once again...no quote. I don't know if they are too busy, or just don't care...either way, I would recommend you call a more reputable business.
