They don't focus on figures or merchandise, they mainly stock print and digital media. Think: anime, manga, novels, posters, dvds, CDs. Some art books.
Lots of older digital media. Maybe for the collectors. They have the new releases of manga. You can check all their inventory online before you go!
Parking is ample. It's located in a corporate area. Hole in the wall in that noone expects it to be there. It's like a warehouse.
Open over the weekend! Weeb out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I was going to make a purchase, the staff member said, “Ok, what’s your account number?”
(Mind you, I have only been to this place like 2-3 times, and the first few times, none of the staff members ever asked me for an account number and let me make my purchases.)
I ask the staff member, “Oh, do I need one?”
He goes, “Well... It’ll make it easier for me (without answering my question properly).”
I ask him, “Well, I rarely come in. Can I purchase without the creating account process?”
Then his tone of voice becomes a bit more aggressive now, “Where do you live?!”
In confusion, I reply, “Burnaby.”
Then he passive-aggressively says, "If I see you again, you are making one. I am strict with my work. I don't usually let this slide.”
I understand you might have been working your shift the entire day. But in the future, I hope you have some sense of customer service. Like how would I know we needed an account to buy a book? I find that very unsettling because I can go to random manga stores or bookstores, and those workers don’t go all aggressive with making an account.
It sucks that I experienced this because what the store had to offer was jaw-dropping, but I will not be returning in the future to make purchases from the company because of that employee named Julio, as seen on their TikTok page.
