★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Family took my childhood cat to this clinic and I continued when I got my dog. Even when I moved across the city I would go the extra distance for the service and competent, friendly staff.
At Christmas I had to say goodbye to my 12 year old dog Cody. We tried everything, but in the end, knew we couldn't take away his pain.
I haven't been able to make myself go back there yet, but I wish I could to say thank you. When I am ready for another dog, I will take my future pets here.

They caught it and referred us to Emerge and have done amazing aftercare!
She's the club's fav member and everyone would have missed Fifa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Dog Hank loves the team at Byron Animal Clinic! But, more importantly they take the best care of him. My wife's family has taken numerous pets to the clinic and have nothing but great things to say about them.
We would recommend them to all of our family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My old vet couldn't get us in in time for my cat to still be healthy, I had to call around to see if anywhere had openings. Byron Animal Clinic was so great to us. They asked a lot of questions, got a detailed history, was able to get info from my old vet. We didn't have to have a surgery as my other vet implied.
They not only helped my boy, but told us how to keep him healthy. They did not rush & explained everything to us. The tips they gave us were useful and so appreciated. Their prices were so reasonable for what was such a last minute/panic appointment. I'm thankful for how kind they were to both us and Lenny ? from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

It’s ok, we found another vet in the area that was way more accommodating and sympathetic to our situation.
Sooooo disappointed about the service here! Have been a customer here for a while. Asked about a pet we had to put down whilst on vacation. They were soooo insensitive on the phone, extremely unhelpful. Just not a place I will ever return to or ever recommend. There are other places in London that care more. Your pets are your family. These guys did not care. Money first , pets second! Awful experience. Very disappointing at such a sad time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to euthanize my cat of 15 years who was a beloved member of our family. The staff were very sensitive and helpful. Even the front desk staff (vet techs and receptionist) were very understanding and compassionate while assisting me in making final arrangements. Their level of support was a great comfort at a difficult time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience over the last few years has been nothing short of amazing. We’ve been taking our dog Mulder to Byron Animal Clinic since he was a puppy and the staff and Drs have always been kind, gentle and patient with him during check ups & visits.
Dr Will takes the time to explain and answer honestly any questions/concerns we have regarding Mulders health.
BAC goes above and beyond ensuring all needs are met — highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went above and beyond! Assisted with checking for a cats microchip. Was able to squeeze time into their busy schedule and book a time same day called. Extremely friendly staff, also very quick weren't there for even 5 minutes. Also provided a paper with information about local animal shelters if i was unable to find owner and disnt want the cat for myself. Luckily we were able to find the owner of the cat and it was returned to its family!
