Beautiful tree covered hiking trail. No dogs allowed as it runs through a wild life corridor. The trail follows the creek to the falls if you start from the Star Rd parking area. It's about a 7km round trip. It's an easy trail however there's stairs and tripping hazards. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The falls are spectacular during spring run off, in the fall it's more of a trickle it still worth the hike.

Short trail for including steep stairs to a beautiful waterfall. Cedars, cottonwoods, firs. Sept 2021, trail seems to be partially closed and parking lot being repaired? Expanded? Trail not accessible to wheelchair users, even the part that is not stairs.

Pretty little walk. Perfect for little kids. We'll maintained trail in the shade. The long set of grated stairs was too much for my elderly dog but he enjoyed sniffing around the creekside trail.

Hiked down to the falls with my grandsons in tow. They loved the waterfall. Easy going main trail which was very well maintained. Stairs back up from the waterfall was a great bout of exercise for a retiree but well worth it. Stairs were in excellent condition and seemed new. We arrived before 9:30 am and were the first ones there. By 10:30 am the parking lot was full of cars. Excellent way to spend the morning.

A waterfall and a easy hike just mins from the city. The stairs down are not to bad. Newly built sections and pretty wide for a trail. The fall itself is small but still beautiful. You can find a path across the rocks and through the trees for a good hike along the creek bed. It is about 6km round trip.

What an Amazing trail, weather you just want to go for a short stroll or a ln afternoon hike this trail can accommodate. The trail follows the river and has a beautiful display of water features including BX falls. There are a number of staircases and bridges (all very well maintained), the actual trail can get a little rough in spots and icy later into the winter. I will never get tired of hiking this trail!
