Best Gym in Canada

K	Kevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily my favorite gym. I've been to other Buzzfit and Econofitness and this is the best hands down. Incredibly large facility with a lot of machines, benches and cardio machines. The staff is above and beyond friendly and they follow the covid protocol to a tee. Definitely visit this gym if you have the chance.

Pending a complimentary one hour training for the nenewal of membership, during Civid time closing, she was reluctant to provide any such assistance.She told me to wait but in vein. I am trying to reach her but she was always busy either talking to her friends or doing her own workout during her work time The other support staffs are Very cooperative
H	Heidi P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst gym experience I’ve ever had. I moved away and tried to cancel before moving and they refuse to cancel my subscription after I’ve asked many times. I’ve written emails and called, they say they can’t cancel the subscription unless I come in person which I am unable to do. I will be making a complain to the better business bureau and consumer protection.

S	Shauna K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF THIS GYM! I've been trying to cancel my subscription since I moved, and was no longer able to attend one of their locations (Greenfield Park). Whenever I called they've either refused my questions to understand the steps to canc from a distance, or the girl on the phone says "we'll only deduct 1 month, so either you show up to cancel, or it's not getting done".. and hangs up on me. Fast-forward throughout the Pandemic and I've sent emails with a letter stating I want to cancel, however no one has answered them. This gym signs you up and holds you hostage. Canceling is not as easy as they make it sound. DO. NOT. DO. IT!
