Selection and deposit process was easy and very quick. The staff were very quite helpful. The yearly interest is on par or better with my TD direct investing account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good diversifying investment options. Good way to cut the red tape/banks/loans/eligibility and directly invest in Canada's booming housing market. More stability than stock markets and definitely worth it, if you're even thinking of super high risk crypto markets! Best part is the reasonable initial threshold of 2500 dollars. (In GTA, even single bedroom apartments cost a fortune these days).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please ignore fake reviews. Buy Properly is pretty bad. They promise 30%+ annual returns on most properties by forecasting crazy price appreciation. They hide all the fees they take on a monthly basis, mortgage costs, and servicing costs in their ROI calculation.
Their sales people will call you harassing you to invest. These calls are more funny than scary because when you ask them a question they go very quiet, read from a script or just say they'll have someone call you back. I spent 30 minutes explaining the concept of an (IRR) Internal Rate of Return to one of them and he said "ours will be good because he use AI".
Poor English aside, this a terrible way to invest. Addy isn't perfect but is a better platform and a more efficient way to invest small amounts in real-estate.
