Jamais je n'ai été déçu par la qualité de la viande ou du service. Service parfait, employés courtois et amicaux qui m'ont toujours bien conseillé. Pas de conseille pour acheter le plus chère mais le plus approprié pour notre repas. Bravo à notre petit bijoux de Saint-Rédempteur, nous sommes des clients très heureux! This butcher shop offers meat of exceptional quality. We have been in Saint-Redempteur since 2012 and we have been buying our meat there ever since. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the meat or the service. Perfect service, courteous and friendly employees who have always advised me well. No advice to buy the most expensive but the most appropriate for our meal. Congratulations to our little jewel of Saint-Rédempteur, we are very happy customers!

Le personnel est toujours souriant et disponible, mais ils sont aussi de grands connaisseurs de la viande qui peuvent nous guider dans nos choix. C'est pourquoi, j'ai décidé d'y essayer le légendaire boeuf wagyu et, conformément à sa réputation, c'est une viande incroyable à essayer! Je vais encore y retourner c'est certain! This is a real local butcher's shop. The staff are always smiling and available, but they are also great connoisseurs of meat who can guide us in our choices. That's why, I decided to try the legendary wagyu beef there and, according to its reputation, it's an amazing meat to try! I will go back again for sure!

Et, quand le temps nous presse, c'est super de compter sur leurs délicieux repas cuisinés. Je vous recommande cette boucherie. ? It's been 4 times that we've had meals made by them.
