He tells you what needs to be done asap and what can wait and why for both. Crazy right?! After he looked at it it wasn’t what I needed. I liked that he didn’t do “what the customer wanted” but instead called me and discussed the new plan which was very much appreciated and saved me some money. I’d go back to Busted Knuckle for all my mechanic work

D	Darcy Densmore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought two of our vehicles to the South Side Dodge dealership for inspections and estimates for minor issues, and they gave me a list as long as my arm that came to over $6000 in repairs..... So I booked in my wife's SUV to Busted Knuckle and asked for their road safety inspection and to fix what is "needed". Cody came back with about 1/3 of the "required" repairs that South Side gave me, and less than 2/3 the hourly price. I got my 1st vehicle in within a couple days and it was sound. Cody explained what all he found and fixed and was all for a very reasonable price. (Less than 1/3 what the dealership told me it would cost for their "over haul".) He explained while replacing a tie rod, he noticed abnormal wear in one ball joint that had to be fixed. Since tie rod was already off, he only charged extra for the part and the little extra labor to replace, where as South Side or many other large garages, would have charged full book price for each item even though it was already apart. Very impressed with his ability, honesty and integrity. I brought my 2nd vehicle (1500 Ram 1/2 Ton) in for same type of service the following week. I will be bringing my 2011 3500 Ram diesel their for any future work also now that I have discovered Busted Knuckle and their Great Service. Highly Recommended.

Fixed it in 30 min with no charge to me. Knowledgeable, efficient, honest. I recommend. I have been here a few times now and always happy about his work.

We have 5 vehicles ranging from a old beater Buick, a hybrid Honda to a diesel one ton and he is knowledgeable in ALL forms. Highly recommend.
