Delivered the road crush 5 days early (without asking or warning) screwing the schedule up and costing me extra $$$. They put it in the way which I had to get it removed, stored and brought back a few days latter adding $200 to my bill from my excavator contractor. Nice going Burnco!!! I'll find somebody else next time or just get the contractor to truck it in.

I ordered some sidewalk stones from Burnco early May 2013 I have not received them yet and get nothing but a run around every time I inquire about where they are I was told my order was misplaced during the floods, 13 months later still haven't been found. I'm told they will call me however that never happens and I'm forced to call them and repeat the whole story to the same guy every time and receive the new excuse of the day as to why I haven't received them Have also been told they've had pallets come in since the floods but they were going to look into why no one has called me. Finally Friday July 11, 2014 I call and was promised my blocks would be delivered on Saturday the 12th and that I would receive a call no later then 2:00 pm Friday to give me a time for the Saturday delivery. Surprise surprise, no call and no delivery. I guess these small orders don't matter to Burnco but I know this will be my last dealings with them Worst customer service ever

The Customer Service is in a rush to get your order creating orders that are incorrect. Furthermore, if they receive a claim for a wrong product, THEY DON'T CARE for replacing the wrong product and DON'T RETURN YOUR MONEY. I recommend not allowing the Customer Service rushing you into a order that can be wrong; as they will NOT BE SOLUTION other than loosing your money.

I have been trying to order a bunch of patio blocks from them. I have now called three times. The first time they had said they were in stock and I could come pick up at the SE location (which there were none when I went), the second time I called to confirm they were there before going there I was put on hold for 20 minutes for the person the "check" and then they tried to "transfer" them and said they would give me a call back when they knew how to do so and confirm costs. The last time I called them they had said they would be able to transfer them from another location, but then called back and said their stores' inventory was incorrect and I would have to call back in a few days "maybe" they would get more in. Their customer service is one of the worst I have been exposed to. Don't say you will call back when you clearly WON'T. This is not the first time I have had issues with Burnco - and family members have also turned away from using Burnco due to their poor customer service.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I place the order 2 weeks ago for 2 big bags of soil. They called me back the day it was to be delivered and told me that they couldn't deliver it until the next week as there was a problem with the product. But they guaranteed me I'd be the first delivery because it was taking so long. Then, I called to find out when it was coming. They had no record of my order, I gave them the order number. They had no idea what I ordered. . I was at the point of telling them since I haven't gotten the product and they could shove it and I'm going to call my bank and put in a dispute. The lady finally found my order but wouldn't tell me when it would be delivered. I work nights so I'd like to get a little sleep, so I requested they call me, she refused citing distracted driving laws. I pointed out he could pull over or call me when he got to my house. She said, we can't guarantee that. If this order isn't here by 12:00 today I'm going to be calling Eagle Lake to get a delivery. Worst customer service ever. I'd never but from them again. Why guarantee a delivery when it's flatly a lie? BEWARE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do they not sell landscape materials anymore? Brutal website , someone needs to be fired. Save your time just order stuff from Eagle Lake...its cheaper and no Bee Ess
