★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are solar contractor, we don't purchase a lot of product but when we do they are large orders. We were given great pricing for the last 5 years on the product we have purchased. Now dealing with a sales supervisor Im not familiar with our prices all of a sudden doubled. We were given a quote at the end of October which we liked and now that were are ready to buy that product the quote doubled in price. In just a month and a bit. Makes it tough to choose Bunco now that we can get the same product for much less at the large chains stores. The sale supervisor seemed to not care about retaining customers no matter how large or small.
