★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and helpful staff. First time around I was served by the owner Graham, one of the most sound minded owner I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Second time around, Mike helped me out, also an amicable guy.
Vapes and juices are all the same here or there, so why not go get it from a place you can leave with a smile?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have customer service on lock. Every time I've gone in, they have been super helpful and given me as much of their time as I need. They're really good at explaining all of their products and making recommendations based on exactly what you need and want (not to make a sale). I had to replace my favourite e-cig that is now defunct, and got a new model that I already like even better. Also a fan of the flavour mixes that frequent their staff picks, one of which is my current favourite!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit overpriced, but decent. Ejuice quality is good, and they have a large selection of both juices and devices. The staff is friendly and generally knowledgeable. Juices are made to order so they need a few days to steep to get the flavour profile to shine, but it's a solid choice for a local store. Price wise, expect to pay an extra 20-30% markup vs most online retailers for the convenience. I'd say even higher for the juice as I can get 240ml bottles online for 41-60$ before taxes and shipping. Which is significantly better. Still much better than other stores downtown that charge 20$ for a 30ml bottle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so knowledgeable, supportive and very nice. The store is clean, is always well stocked and has a friendly atmosphere. They have many different brands of vapes and a huge assortment of juice flavors that they can mix to suit each of their customer's individual tastes. Their prices are very competitive and I feel confident in referring this store to my friends and acquaintances.
