★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is horrible. If it wasn't for the fact I purchased a years membership upfront I would have cancelled after the first week... The lady on the right as you walk in is always so rude and short with you trying to call you a student therefore you should pay more and don't get the same respect as anyone els.. It's always so cold!! Temps set to 16degrees in a gym.. You need a winter jacket just to work out.. U accidentally put somethings down faster than you should and you get yelled at by the lady at the front or if you open a door to avoid freezing she will try and threaten you.. No respect or time given to members... Being a Christian run gym it is pathetic the way you get treated.. They will ask you a question about your membership and than not believe you and check the books to try and catch you lying..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weight room is very well equipped and clean. The staff are friendly. Even though the gym is attached to a university, the students aren't obnoxious or disrespectful. Considering a membership gets you an awesome weight room and pool access, definitely worth it.

It's close, has a very good assortment of free weights & machines, a pool, personal trainers
& membership price very reasonable. No indoor track
It has personal trainers regarding weights

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so happy with the swimming lesson experience that my kids had at Burman University this summer. I had previously been sending my kids to the City for lessons and had terrible experiences multiple times. They repeatedly failed my son for silly things. I switched to Burman and he received amazing teachers and was passed through 2 levels in 2 different class sessions allowing him to catch up to others his age and no longer feel humiliated. His teacher even encouraged him saying "he has excellent endurance and should consider joining swim club". Thankyou so much Burman. This has meant the world to him and us ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge gym and workout facility, a whole level for lower body workouts and the upstairs for upper. They also have a lane pool (no wading pool) which is kept quite nice but simple.
I have been enjoying the homeschool PE program they offer. There rates always seem reasonable compared to other municipal programs.
