- he will go out of his way to do things right, even if it is more work
- he strives for excellence in his work products (no shortcuts) and the detailing is great
- he gives various design options, and suggests good alternatives
- he's clean (no messes behind)
- his whole team is very professional
If I needed to build another basement, I would hire George without hesitation
