★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like most fast food joints these days, don't bring a large order to them, break it down into multiple smaller orders. Panic reaction at large order results in mistakes and missing items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful place. Extremely slow service. No managers. I ordered a chicken sandwich, took them 20 mins to say we don't have the specific bread. Then I just gave up and said give me whatever you got. Total of 30 mins of waiting before I got my chicken burger. All employees are not trained properly. Just a horrific experience. (Would give it no stars if possible)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very awful customer service there is like 3 employe on the floor and there is no customer. I was standing there for like gppd 10-15min. Nobody care to take my order. I end up walking out. Whoever the manager at this place need to fire those employee. Because its look like just a big party back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting this store and they had 4 staff on the floor which is good but i was the onky cust in line and it took over 10 minutes for a double whopper trio and the whole while they were talking amongst them selves and then the tall dude with the beard walked out into lobby and took a large stack of trays from the garbage area and put them back on the clean pile without even cleaning them . Who ever is the manager needs to be fired ,its like a big party

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Young teens who don't care to be there or put any effort in their job. Messes simple order.
Edit: Gave them another chance and took my 3 teen boys to eat there. Maybe it's because there were only young girls working there and my boys are handsome but they were exceptional today ??? They went above and beyond for us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute joke for a restaurant...burger was drenched in mayo, everything was served room temperature and just tasted bland...the girl that served us looked like she would rather be anywhere else but at work. Last time we ever ate here.
