★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, okay service, poor attention to detail. Arguably one of the better Burger Factory locations in the GTA. However, if you are ordering ahead, prepare to have your order be incorrect.
I have ordered for pick up from this location 4 times now, and each time after I get home and open the contents, I notice the staff forgot an item in my order, or made a mistake in toppings.
Each time I try to give this location another opportunity, I ask them when ordering to please double check my final order. Every time I am reassured that this time will be different. Three times this restaurant has forgot one of my sides, and once they put toppings in burgers that were not requested.
Overall great tasting burgers but I wish this restaurant would pay more attention to detail, being busy is not an excuse to leave items out of a customers order, or not follow topping instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burgers were absolutely fantastic and delicious
Buns were super soft and the patty was so juicy, and on top of that, customer service was on top of the line. I was treated well, greeted, and got exactly what I've asked for. I usually pick up 5 cheeseburgers for me and my kids and they love it, not to mention their exclusive sides. Definitely recommend trying it and definitely deserves a 5 star review . 10/10 experience . Appreciate it !

I would’ve given 5 stars if they maintained the same consistency across all stores but unfortunately it wasn’t the same way in another branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing burgers, very fresh and scrumptious. Fries are crispy and delicious. The funnel cakes here are the favourite of the kids. Very friendly and timely service when we ate in the restaurant. Highly recommended whether in person or ordering for takeout!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a Saturday evening for the first time - the entire store is being run by young men (children) and I’ve never had such a yummy poutine. These guys are all so organized and one was cleaning the counters with so much effort. I’ve seen adults slack more than these kids, kudos to them and who ever hired them!
