★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful communication between the staff, lack of knowledge, terrible customer service, un reliable, and the vets don’t look at the pets information before working on them, kept calling my female pup a male, nothing but problems since my first visit even with meds prescribed. I thought I’d take a chance going to them for convenience for being 5 min away from my new place my new puppy. But now i know that was the wrong choice, going to continue going to my other vet that I’ve used for years Even tho they are further away.

We found a dog today covered with hundreds of ticks and not doing very well and we wanted to help her nobody else would help us but you did and we will be forever grateful. Thank you soooo much we really appreciate your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here. I needed a new vet for my dog, as our old vet seemed to be oversubscribed with patients and I couldn't get an appointment booked. The experience at Burford Vet Hospital was seemless, great customer service, friendly staff and appointment was very punctual. Also the receptionist is extremely helpful and kind when I called frantically looking for an appointment. I'm grateful to have found them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat was sick and I was in a panic to have someone look at her as my regular vet was unable to. Burford Veterinary Hospital was wonderful. They were able to see her within a few hours and helped calm me down. Lovely staff and lovely building. highly recommend!
