★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Cannot reach anyone to speak to by phone. After many, many minutes of waiting on the phone, you get the message that everyone is busy, to call back later. Very frustrating. After reading some of these reviews, some dating back a couple of years, it is evident that store is not interested in the consumer because the problem still exists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their photo printing service. They put 2 photos in 1 page which I later had to cut by myself. If they cut the pictures in appropriate size before handing it over to the customer, that would be more professional. Print quality was OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personnel is very helpful but technology is not up to date. i went there to print a simple pdf document. their adobe reader in the whole park machine cannot read as it seems to be an outdated version from 2015. too bad, the place looks nice and well organized.

I had to wait around 20 mins for the office furniture guy to show up and help, so it was a bit disappointing.
I got an office chair and it was super comfortable and affordable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store to buy a chair (i work from home) i liked a chair but they didn't have it so i've been told by them to order it online and it only takes 2-3 days!
It's been 9 days I didn't receive anything called customer help they will investigate so again maybe more week working from my broken chair thanks to this great shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my experience at Bureau en Gros. I saw a pack of pens at a discounted price and wanted to buy it. When I was about to pay for my products, the cashier didn't apply the discount on the pack of pens and I drew her attention on it. She asked me where I saw the discount and I followed her to show her the place. She told me the discount was a mistake and removed the paper showing the discount. She then said she would apply the discount on the pack of pens I was about to buy since I saw the discounted price.
I also loved the fact that another cashier wished me good luck and cheered me up with some nice words in regards to my interview with the store's manager.
