★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'étais très emballée par l'idée de participer à une course au trésor pour découvrir l'île. Lorsque je me suis procurée le formulaire d'inscription à 10 $, le commerce participant avait broché quelques précisions quant à la "course".
En effet, les indications sur le document sont imprécis. J'ai rencontré un couple qui était aussi confus que moi quant aux indices et "au trésor " à trouver.
Par ailleurs, quand j'ai appelé pour obtenir plus d'informations chez Tourisme Île aux coudres, la personne qui m'a répondu n'a pas été très courtoise et compréhensive ( limite condescendante). J'ai pensé à retourner chez le commerce participant pour me faire rembourser, mais on ne m'a pas donné de reçu.
J'espère que le formulaire sera revu car l'idée est bonne mais le produit est à travailler et le service à la clientèle gagnerait à être plus indulgent envers les gens qui particippent à cet activité.
I was very excited by the idea of participating in a treasure hunt to discover the island. When I got the registration form for $ 10, the participating store had stitched some details about the "race".
Indeed, the information on the document is imprecise. I met a couple who were as confused as I was about clues and "treasure" to find.
Moreover, when I called to obtain more information from Tourisme Île aux coudres, the person who answered me was not very courteous and understanding (condescending limit). I thought about going back to the participating store to get a refund, but I was not given a receipt.
I hope that the form will be revised because the idea is good but the product is to be worked on and the customer service would benefit from being more indulgent towards the people who participate in this activity.
