Pros: Excellent drainage, close proximity to schools, parks and playgrounds, spacious w/ room to float, convenient access to sewers and storm drains
Cons: BAD NEIGHBORHOOD! Armed and violent child gangs roam the area. Beware!! Mild flood damage in surrounding barrens, poor street parking.
