★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give her zero stars. Terrible service and a complete lack of professionalism from Nav’s end. The quality of the balloons are subpar (majority were half blown up and were covered in dust), and was extremely disrespectful and petty.
I would 100% avoid this business, especially since there way better balloons for better prices in this city.

From the first time you message her, you could feel from her that she cares for your needs, she listens to what you are looking for and works around your style and budget! She is soo friendly, kind, and her communication skills are excellent! She did both of my boys birthday balloon themes and everybody loved her work! Even after two weeks of the first bday party, the balloons stayed as they were! I would recommend her for your occasions! She’s my “go to” girl for balloons!
