Nous faisons entretenir nos voitures à cet endroit, en d'y acheter nos pneus etc. Les conseils que nous recevons nous sont toujours favorables. Si une pièce doit être remplacée, on nous en informe et si elle est en mesure de durer plus longtemps sans affecter la sécurité , on nous le dit aussi. Si on ns donne une estimée et au moment du travail certaines pièces sont moins dispendieuses , la facture est ajustée en conséquence ( faits vécus). Nous n'hésitons pas à recommender cette entreprise
I cannot help but stress once again the excellent service of this garage. We maintain our cars there, buy our tires, etc. The advice we receive is always favorable to us. If a part needs to be replaced we are notified and if it is able to last longer without affecting safety we are told as well. If we give an estimate and at the time of the work certain parts are less expensive, the invoice is adjusted accordingly (actual facts). We do not hesitate to recommend this company

Toute l'estimation des réparations n'était nécessaire: changer les filtres à air et pollen = ILS SONT NEUFS; freins et disques avant à changer: ENCORE BON À 75%; Tie rod end à changer = PAS BRISER et selon le garage réservoir à essence presque percé doit être changé = COMMENCE À ROUILLER MAIS PAS PRÈS DE PERCER. une facture de 2200$ POUR RIEN.
Oubliez ça le bon service c'est pour endormir les clients. SURVEILLEZ VOS FACTURES ET DEMANDER UN 2E AVIS
This establishment makes repair quotes that are inflated. All the repair estimates were not necessary: change the air and pollen filters = THEY ARE NEW; front brakes and discs to be changed: STILL GOOD AT 75%; Tie rod end to be changed = NOT BROKEN and according to the garage almost punctured gas tank must be changed = BEGINS TO RUST BUT NOT NEAR PIERCING. a bill of $ 2,200 FOR NOTHING.
Forget it good service is to put customers to sleep. MONITOR YOUR INVOICES AND REQUEST A 2ND OPINION

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saved our lives! In town for just a few days at start of long weekend when we got a crack in motorhome windshield. Needed to get it fixed as we are on way to Gaspe and Newfoundland before going home to US.
Sebastian, technician, did excellent job. Very friendly and explained how it was fixed. People on phone friendly and helpful.

Hugo was able to get my minivan in and out in under an hour without an appointment. His shop was able to quickly diagnose that my new brakes were poorly installed by my mechanic in Toronto and needed to be greased. Hugo's ability to speak English definitely helped ease my stress.
