Becky, who came to the house, helped me pick out the right blinds for the right windows and doors. The blinds on my windows and patio door, although different, compliment each other. She was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me make the final decision. I felt assured I would get a product I would be pleased with. Jason was also very professional. If I had a company Jason would be the type of employee I would want on board. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and expedient. Before he left he went over the warranty and also mentioned a copy would be sent to me. Thank you Budget Blinds, I will definitely recommend you to others.
P	Pauline Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent approximately $6,000 with Budget Blinds. When I purchased the blinds there was extensive comments regarding the warranty on the window products. My first experience with the warranty was the skylight blind when the batteries installed lasted for 6 months. Budget Blinds would only replace if I spent another $300 for another gadget to charge the batteries. My most recent effort was a string broke on one of my blinds, I don't actually lower the blinds often, in fact not at all in the summer. So there is very little ware and tare. I phoned about the problem but was told too bad the "life time warranty" on the parts doesn't apply after 5 years! Take care with this company the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on and now they are doing well they care very little about returning business. I received an email response from Budget Blinds following my posting with their reasons for not helping along with a comment on my first request from them to replace the batteries in my skylight blind. Clearly little research was made on this issue but to immediately claim I turned down the solar option. They actually did replace the batteries but only when I paid another $525.00 for the solar charger which I stated in my first post. No worries, I have another company to fix my blinds and I will not be using Budget Blinds when I replace the blinds in my front bedroom. Take care.

The installers Peter and Brian, were fabulous as well. Although not an inexpensive product, the age old saying, you get what you pay for, is so true in this case. We absolutely love the look and functionality of our blinds and the warranty seems amazing. We highly recommend this crew.
