★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A surprising little gem tucked away just off the highway. Bring your lunch and eat by the pond. Enjoy the displays. Our favorite was a computerized sand table that allows you to rain on the topography to see how watersheds work. Open for class and group programs on a wide variety of topics. Fish from the hatchery will be visible certain times of the year. All this and admission is by donation. The curious won't be disappointed.
