The place smells like sewage most of the time and almost every machine is suuuper finicky with the change and if you don't push the change in juuust the right way, it doesn't take your money and just last week a machine stole 2$ from me after it stopped taking my change when I still needed to put 75¢. Looks like there is little to no maintenance.

Worst Laundry Ever Money Eating Machines Dont work easily

It's pretty spacious, went there during the day and it was basically empty. They have a vending machine with laundry essentials and snacks, and they have a change dispenser as well, but it only takes bills. None of the machine take toonies though, so make sure to bring loonies and quarters, or a bill to break (5, 10 or 20).

Worst laundromat ever! It used to be good a few years ago but the place went to hell ever since. Where do I start? Change machines that rob your money (that's when they work) Washing machines that dont work. Dryers that cost over 9 bucks to get a load dry only to find out that they only blow cold air. Weirdos and bums harrasing you and we found a dead pigeon used to prop the front door open. DONT GO THERE!!

Big puddles in front of the machines. Washers will eat your change if you aren’t well versed in the art of putting a coin into a slot. The change machines are usually out of order-they will eat newer bills, and then it’s at LEAST 24 hours to get your cash back, via sketchy hiding spot on site. The front door doesn’t open all the way. Completely inaccessible for those with mobility issues. Not heated in the cold Montreal winters. The only time staff will be on site is at 3 in the morning. Oh and worst of all-the dryers don’t always work. You have to watch them the whole cycle because they’ll often stop for no reason, blow only cold air and still costs $1 per 12 min. If you have other options for laundry, I’d take them.

I've been unimpressed going here. The machines often eat your money, the machines often leak and the vacuums have been broken on the dryers. I've called the number before to ask for my money back and the person told me they'd get back to me and never called me back. The free Wi-Fi this place offers is nice but the sole value of this business is not up to my standards of a decent laundromat.

They’ve raised the prices but haven’t fixed any issues. There’s 16 washers here, but only 5 of them work. It’s now$4.00 for a regular cold load and $5 for hot(used to be like $3.00 per cold wash) Still issues with the dryers. ATM replaced with bitcoin machine. No washrooms.
