La pharmacienne de service nous a conseillé sèchement sans plus de compassion. Ce qui fut le plus désagréable c est La petite commis qui etait au comptoir. Aucune chaleur, arrogante, dirigeante et sans politesse. Expéditive dans ses propos en nous démontrant clairement que nous La dérangions...à la limite nous fessant sentir sans compétences et Elle supérieur à nous. Ce fut un experience des plus désagréable. Nous ne retournerons plus à cette pharmacie. Je crois fermement qu il y a des gens qui ne doivent pas se retrouver au service à la clientèle. C est une image défavorable pour un commerce. We went to the pharmacy on Saturday December 8 at around 3 p.m. for advice regarding a shard in one eye. The pharmacist on duty advised us curtly without more compassion. What was most unpleasant was The little clerk who was at the counter. No warmth, arrogant, directing and without politeness. Expeditious in her remarks by clearly showing us that we were bothering Her ... at the limit, spanking us feeling without skills and She superior to us. It was a most unpleasant experience. We will not be returning to this pharmacy again. I firmly believe that there are people who should not end up in customer service. It is an unfavorable image for a business.

Mais cette semaine, je dois souligner le professionnalisme , la collaboration du pharmacien , de son personnel et de mon medecin lors de ma consultation pour ma dermatite.. un beau travail merci I have been a long-time customer. A few years ago there were two prescription errors before my operation. But this week, I must underline the professionalism, the collaboration of the pharmacist, his staff and my doctor during my consultation for my dermatitis .. a great job thank you

Plus aucune pharmacies d’ouvertes le soir les week-end dans une ville de 50k habitants! Bravo! Aucune éthique professionnelle. Que le profit qui compte! Shame on them! Heureusement Jean Coutu est de nouveau ouvert jusqu'à 20h! Very disappointed to find that they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays at 6:00 PM. They followed suit after the Jean Coutu. No more pharmacies open in the evening on weekends in a city of 50k inhabitants! Well done! No professional ethics. That profit that counts! Shame on them! Fortunately Jean Coutu is open again until 8 p.m.!
